Meet Your Coach

My path to becoming a coach has been a journey of embracing my own story and helping others do the same. I grew up in a household with a unique set of beliefs that made me see the world a little differently from those around me. For instance, certain traditions and holidays weren’t part of our lives, and higher education wasn’t really emphasized as a priority.

Despite that, I always had a love for learning. I took my own route, starting with community college, and eventually moving to Chicago, where I truly found my academic and personal footing. I explored teaching, but ultimately followed my heart into psychology and social work, because I knew I wanted to connect with people one-on-one and help them find their own paths.

These experiences have deeply influenced LaunchForward Coaching. I know what it’s like to feel a bit out of step with the expectations around you, and I’ve learned how empowering it can be to carve out your own direction. That’s exactly what I aim to help young people and their parents do — find clarifty, purpose, and a path that feels uniquely theirs, even if it’s not what they originally expected.

Alongside my professional journey, I’m a mom to two wonderful boys who keep me busy and remind me daily of the importance of exploring the world with curiosity. I love spending time outdoors with them, which is a great balance to the busy city life here in Chicago.

In short, I’m here to support you in navigating your own story, just as I’ve navigated mine. Let’s find the path that fits you best.

My Mission: Empowering Teens to Launch Foward

At the heart of LaunchForward is a simple but powerful mission: to help teens and young adults navigate their futures with clarity and confidence. My goal is to create a supportive space where they can discover their strengths, explore possibilities, and launch into the next chapter of their lives with a sense of purpose and excitement.

At LaunchForward, I believe in combining the best of both worlds: the flexibility and future-focused mindset of coaching with the professionalism and ethical care of a more regulated field.
